Tantalus Lookout Route

Diamond Head (Le’Ahi) is one of the most prominent fixtures and landmarks on Oahu. This a great scenic riding route, even if not doing the hike. This route is great for scenic ocean views, residential riding, and first-time and repeat visitors to Oahu. Stay hydrated and bring extra water as this hike can get hot in the summer months.

Ride Level: Chakkenging. ~10 miles.

Recommended Bikes: Premium performance bikes will do the best on Tantalus due to the steepness of the incline.

Where to Park:
Lock the bikes to a chain or pole at the top of the lookout. Take valuable personal belongings when walking to the lookout area. All rentals include bike locks.
