After savoring the lookout, descend through tropical greenery and continue toward the coastline. Ride along the oceanfront to Magic Island near Ala Moana Beach Park, a picturesque spot to pause and enjoy the serene waters. The tour then loops back to Waikiki, where you’ll finish your journey amid the lively energy of this iconic beachfront destination.

About the Tantalus Lookout Ride
E-Bikes are an awesome way to experience Waikiki and the ride toTantalus Lookout is simply gorgeous. If you can ride a regular bike, you can ride an E-Bike; so join us for a fun ride and and hike up to the Tantalus Lookout hike!

On our way back to Waikiki, we experience the scenic beauty of Ala Moana Beach Park and Magic Island. Pedal along palm-lined pathways with breathtaking views of turquoise waters and the Honolulu skyline. Ride past sandy beaches, picnic areas, and lush green spaces, where locals enjoy surfing, swimming, and sunbathing. At Magic Island, pause to take in the serene lagoon and stunning vistas of Diamond Head in the distance.

Nope! There is no hike, this is a scenic ride that starts in Waikiki and takes you to the Tantalus lookout. We then return by bike to Waikiki.
You have the option to use whichever bike of ours that you feel most comfortable riding. For most people, that will be our premium performance bikes that have a bit more power but are also heavier.
This ride is not recommended for beginning riders as the ascent towards the Tantalus lookout is relatively steep and the roads are winding a significant amount. There is also some city riding required to get to the start of the Tantalus lookout road.
