FAQ's about Bike Rentals and Tours

1Do I need to know how to ride an eBike?

If you can ride a regular bike, you’ll feel right at home on our eBikes. We'll give you a quick tutorial before you go. You should feel comfortable on a regular bike as the ebikes are bigger and more powerful than your standard bike. If participating in a tour, please visit us before the tour for a test ride if you have any concerns.

2Is there an age or height requirement?

Riders must be at least 15 years old and able to safely ride a bike. We have a variety of sizes to fit most riders.

3What’s included with a bike rental?

very rental includes a helmet, bike lock, phone mount, and route suggestions. Guided tours also include a friendly local guide to lead your geo-caching adventure.

4Will we be riding on the street?

We stick to bike lanes, shared paths, and low-traffic areas to ensure a safe and scenic experience. The Manoa Valley tour involves a little more riding through the city, but groups are limited to 6 people so that we can stay together.

5What is your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellations or changes up to 24 hours before your scheduled rental or tour. No questions asked!

6What if I cancel less than 24 hours before my booking?

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking are non-refundable, as we’ve already reserved your equipment and/or guide.

7Can I reschedule instead of canceling?

Yes! As long as it’s more than 24 hours in advance, we’re happy to help you reschedule at no extra charge—subject to availability.

8What if it rains?

Light rain won’t cancel our tours, but in the case of severe weather or safety concerns, we’ll reschedule your ride or issue a full refund.
